down payment

We ask for a deposit (free of charge) according to the reservation confirmation.

The following payments are possible with us: Cash, EC card, MasterCard, VisaCard or advance payment.

Our cancellation conditions 

The cancellation conditions if you have booked without travel cancellation insurance:
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the guest will pay an amount equal to the total price.

The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Check-in & check-out

At the Day of arrival is your room or apartment from 4:00 p.m ready for occupancy. Did you know approximately when you will arrive or would you like to be there earlier? Then please let us know.
At the Departure we ask you to 10:00 o'clock to vacate the room or apartment.

Non-smoking house

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. 

Cancellation of trip

Something can always come up. We therefore recommend that you complete the European travel insurance. You can find more information in our Online-Buchungsformular.

Reservations

Reservations can be made via the website, by email or by telephone.
Validity of your booking: According to your down payment, your booking will be made by us confirmed in writing.

Pets 

We ask for your understanding that we are out of consideration for our little guests no pets with us allow.
